Male, 4’8″, 85 lbs, 8 years of age at time of missing. Last seen 500 yards east of the Cleetwood Cove parking lot on the north side of Rim Drive.

Samuel is diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome and fears loud noises and bright lights.
